Please see below our Terms and Conditions of booking our Fun Casino Entertainment. Unlike most we have made a conscious effort to make our T’s & C’s simple and understandable.
By asking us to provide Fun Casino Entertainment at your event you are confirming you are agreeing to the below contract.

Our Responsibilities
We will have the casino set up and staff in place for the time agreed.
We will distribute fun money (unless instructed otherwise by you).
We will open the casino tables for the start and finish times agreed.
We will endeavour to ensure all guests wanting to play the casino games have opportunity to do so.
We will run all games fairly.
We will create a non-intimidating atmosphere for your guests to enjoy.
We will inform you of the winner at the end of the event or make an announcement.
Day of the event
Dealing times
Tables will be set up approximately 30 mins before the Casino start time unless different times are agreed
beforehand.
The Fun Casino tables will run for a maximum of 3 hours. If additional table time is requested on the night,
this will be chargeable @ £25 per table per hour and payable in cash on the night. This is not guaranteed and purely dependent on
staff availability & childcare arrangements.
Payment terms
Deposit is due within 2 weeks of booking, if deposit not received, the dates will be released from the
booking.
Bookings are only confirmed once deposit is received.
Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event.
Please advise if you need an invoice.
Cancellation terms
Less than 2 weeks before the event – 100% charges apply as cancellation fee.
Less than 1 month before the event – 50% charges apply as cancellation fee.
Less than 6 weeks before the event – Deposit lost.
If cancelled with more than 6 weeks notice deposit will be returned.
Blackjackfuncasino.com reserve the right to end the event at anytime if we receive abuse from any of
your guests or if any of our equipment is damaged. No refund will be given if this is the case.
We endeavour to deliver exactly what you order, however if for any reason we are unable to full-fill the hire agreement through our fault (as deemed by us) then we will issue a full refund. No further liability will be taken by us nor will compensation be offered.
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations or responsibilities where that failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control (as deemed by us).
Damage charges
Any damage casued to our equipment by your guests will be chargeable.
