All the accommodation has been thought through from ‘The Night Before Private Cottage’ which sleeps 8 (perfect for all the bridal party) and then beautiful rooms for the married couple.
Weddings at Swancar Farm
We are regulars at Swancar Farm, mainly for weddings however outside of wedding season we do the odd corporate event here too.
Oak Hall
What a beautiful room! We usually setup to the left of the bar in the corner. The Casino works really well there as we are not too close to the DJ so we are able to explain how the games work without a problem… Also being close to the bar, we’re in the middle of all the action!
Lower Barn
We’ve been in the lower barn many times too… If you were wanting the fun casino to fill the in-between bit after the wedding speeches whilst they are turning the Oak Hall round into the evening then this is the place to have your casino tables.
Usual timings are around 6:30pm-9:30pm which means evening guests can be included in the casino fun too.
Minimise disruption
It seems logical to book a company that is familiar with your venue to avoid problems on the day of the event …

We know where to park and where and how to get best access to minimise any disruption to your guests…
